Purpose

 

As a Bartender, your role is essential in curating exceptional beverage experiences that complement our culinary offerings. You'll craft innovative cocktails featuring our premium distilled spirits, engage with guests to provide recommendations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere reflective of our distillery's unique charm. With a focus on efficiency and expertise, you'll ensure timely service while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Your dedication to showcasing our distillery's products and delivering memorable experiences contributes significantly to the overall success and reputation of our establishment

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, incorporating the distillery's own spirits and other high-quality ingredients, while maintaining consistency and adhering to recipes.

• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, share knowledge about the distillery's products, and create personalized cocktail experiences tailored to their preferences.

• Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining proper hygiene standards to uphold the distillery's image and compliance requirements.

• Execute efficient service, managing multiple orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering beverages promptly while providing attentive and friendly customer service.

• Complete all required checklists diligently, including inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and sanitation protocols, to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Position Requirements

 

• Proficiency in mixology, with a strong understanding of crafting cocktails, including knowledge of classic recipes and the ability to innovate with unique ingredients and flavors.

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

• Knowledge or interest in distilled spirits, including understanding different types of liquor, their characteristics, and the ability to recommend and promote specialty cocktails featuring the distillery's own products.
