Bottle Shop Sales Associate

Purpose
Provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling the distillery's products. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by offering product knowledge, recommendations, and tastings that highlight the unique qualities of the distillery's offerings. Sales associates act as brand ambassadors, ensuring that each customer leaves with a positive impression of the distillery and its products, while also contributing to sales targets and operational efficiency.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
● Customer Engagement: Creating a welcoming and informative environment for guests.
● Product Knowledge: Educating customers on the distillery’s products, including spirits, mixers, and merchandise.
● Sales and Upselling: Maximizing sales through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.
● Brand Representation: Reflecting the values and story of the distillery in all interactions.
● Operational Support: Assisting with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized
shop.
Position Requirements
● Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations
about distilled spirits, as well as to deliver engaging and informative distillery tours.
● Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise in the bottle shop, ensuring accurate stock levels
and a visually appealing display for customers.
