Purpose

 

As a Server in our, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You'll warmly welcome guests, provide menu guidance showcasing our signature distilled spirits and craft cocktails, ensure efficient service execution, maintain cleanliness standards, and collaborate closely with the team to drive revenue and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and dedication are instrumental in creating memorable moments for our guests and contributing to the success of our establishment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Warmly welcome and attend to guests, providing exceptional hospitality and guidance on menu offerings, including signature distilled spirits and craft cocktails.

• Execute efficient and accurate service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and upholding visual aesthetics.

• Collaborate with team members to promote and upsell distillery products, contributing to revenue generation and enhancing the overall guest experience.

• Complete all required checklists diligently, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and contributing to the smooth functioning of the restaurant within the craft distillery.

Position Requirements

​

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations about distilled spirits and craft cocktails.

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment, demonstrating proficiency in delivering efficient and attentive service.

• Knowledge or interest in distilled spirits and craft cocktails, with a willingness to learn and promote the unique offerings of the distillery.
